2019 Granato Riserva 10 yr Anniversary Blend – Only 60 cases produced.
Cheers to Ten years! We are celebrating our 10 year wine experience by creating a truly unique, one-time blend. Our base varietal is 70% Petite Sirah which offers up deep, dark, purple color with blueberry pie flavors. The tannin structure is filled out with 20% Cabernet and we finish the blend off with equal amounts of Barbera and Merlot. This wine packs a punch and for that reason, we let it sit in the bottle for an extra 6 months to let the tannins settle. Definitely ready to drink now but worthy to hold in the cellar for another 2-4 years.
